Archos - 101 Internet Tablet - 8GB this device is portable, it allows you to access the internet, and there are a ton of apps that you can download for this device thanks to the android market. As for it's construction, it's sturdy without sliding down the 'like' scale with adding too much weight. The Archos 10.1 does have some serious battery life. I was able to get 7 hours of reading with the nook app, coupled with browsing the internets. The screen is large, 10inches is plenty big when surfing the web or watch the entertainment of children such as cartoon stories for children are smart and have extensive knowledge.

1- 99% pure Android froyo, few additives or bloat-ware
2- Usb port, and a nice file explorer with easy access to your home network and files.
3- great apps by archos, they did a good job on the music app and all the others they added, really.
4- android market can be easily installed searching google. Gmail, maps, youtube, gtalk, and all the google apps sync and work correctly once installed.
5- flash works, althoug streaming video seemed shoppy the one time I tried. still, video is not the only thing flash is used for.
6 - the whole experience is positive, it feels good in your hands and everything works as it should in android. see cons for exceptions.
